Relationship between air pressure and torque
Tips: The difference between pneumatic disc brakes and pneumatic shaft brakes
- Structural Design: The pneumatic disk brake features a disk structure that achieves braking through contact between the friction pads and the brake disk, while the pneumatic shaft-mounted brake is integrated with the shaft and directly acts on its rotation.
- Working Principle: The pneumatic disk brake utilizes air pressure to compress the friction pads against the brake disk to produce braking force; the pneumatic shaft-mounted brake applies air pressure to connected components, directly affecting the shaft's rotation.
- Application Areas: The pneumatic disk brake is suitable for various industrial equipment, especially in high-frequency and heavy-load situations; the pneumatic shaft-mounted brake is more suitable for applications requiring direct braking on the shaft, such as conveyors and heavy machinery.
- Maintenance and Replacement: The friction components of the pneumatic disk brake are usually easier to replace, the pneumatic shaft-mounted brake may require more complex disassembly and maintenance processes.
- Performance Characteristics: The pneumatic disk brake provides smooth braking performance suitable for precise control; the pneumatic shaft-mounted brake may offer stronger braking capacity under heavy loads, but its control precision is relatively lower.
Builder in Product TAB
NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc.
You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules.
Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
