  • High-Precision Measurement: Offers quick and precise measurement results, making it efficient and cost-effective for water quality analysis.
  • Output and Connectivity: RS-485 (Modbus RTU) and optional 4-20 mA outputs, enabling seamless integration with PLC, DCS, industrial computers, or other third-party monitoring systems.
  • Durable Design: Specialized electrodes withstand pressures up to 100 kPa (1 bar) and prevent damage through a unique salt bridge design, enhancing the sensor's lifespan.
  • Easy Installation: 3/4 NPT threaded connection for convenient submersible or pipe installation.
  • IP68 Protection: Multi-layer sealed design ensures resistance to water and dust, allowing normal operation at depths up to 20 meters.

Dimension (Unit: mm)

Note: The sensor connector is a male M16-5 pole waterproof connector.

Installation Method

Note: The sensor should not be installed upside down or horizontally, but at least at an angle of 15 degrees or more. The interface of sidewall mounting must be beveled at 15 degrees, otherwise it will affect the normal testing and use of the electrodes.

Application

Tips: What is the working principle of the sensor?

The working principle of the Ammonium Nitrogen Sensor is based on the ion-selective electrode method, which detects ammonium ions (NH₄⁺) in water. The sensor measures the electrical potential difference created by ammonium ions interacting with the ion-selective membrane, converting this into a corresponding concentration value. This method ensures high sensitivity, accuracy, and stability, making it ideal for monitoring ammonium nitrogen levels in various water quality applications.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
