Note:
- The single phase motor should Not be adjusted to run based on a lower frequency than 80% of its rated frequency for along time, otherwise the motor may fail.
- RDDLZ VFD Cannot be used as a power source, it Can only be directly connected to an induction motor to control the motor speed.
- Single phase VFD Cannot control the motor in reverse, if you want to reverse the motor, refer to the motor nameplate instructions for operation.
Tips: Variable frequency drive functions in air conditioning
- In air conditioning, VFD can make the compressor motor speed continuously adjustable, and the speed is based on indoor air conditioning load proportional change. When the room needs rapid cooling (or rapid warming), air conditioning load will increase, the compressor speed up, and the cooling (or heating) capacity will proportion increases. And then after reaches the set temperature, the system will operate in low-speed to maintain room temperature.
- VFD air conditioner uses electronic expansion valve to control the flow, and its outdoor micro processor controls the valve opening degree based on the expansion valve inlet and outlet, the compressor in the air pipe at the temperature sensor to collect information, which can change the flow of refrigerant at any time. The speed of the compressor corresponds to the opening degree of the expansion valve, so that the capacity of the evaporator can be maximized. At the same time, because of using electronic expansion valve as a throttle element, the device will not stop when defrost. It uses compressor exhaust heat to the indoor, and then sends the remaining heat to the outside to melt the frost on heat exchanger fin.
- VFD air conditioner will gradually replace the traditional fixed speed air conditioner, and becoming the main stream of air conditioning control technology. The frequency conversion technology has been changed from AC type to DC type, and the control technology has been developed from PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) to PAM (Pulse Amplitude Modulation). The speed of the compressor with PWM control is limited by the upper limit speed, generally not more than 7,000/min, and the compression speed of PAM control mode can be increased for about 1.5 times, which greatly improves the refrigeration capacity at refrigeration and low temperature.
