5.5 kW water cooled CNC spindle motor for sale at affordable price, 24000 rpm speed, 2.38 Nm torque, 400Hz frequency, 3 phase 220V/380V AC operating voltage, ER25 (φ3.175 mm - φ16 mm) collet.
Feature
- Spindle motor with superior durability ER25 collet ensures smooth running.
- Fast response, strong overload capacity, low noise, and high mechanical precision.
- High quality 4 pcs bearings (7007Cx2 + 7005Cx2), runout off less than 0.01mm, tapered bore less than 0.005mm.
- P4 grade ceramic ball bearings are used as spindle bearings, which improves the service life under high-speed revolution.
- Lubricated with grease, which is resistant to 200 degrees high temperature.
- Tight sealing and two-layer dustproof design.
Application
This series of air-cooled electric spindle motors is designed primarily for use with variable frequency drives or engraving machines, as well as CNC routers. It is ideal for high-speed profiling, drilling, cutting, engraving, and groove milling across a variety of materials, including wood, metal, plastics, foam, and rubber.
Note: Ensure that the spindle motor and VFD are compatible. The VFD’s specifications and parameter settings must align with the spindle motor’s nominal parameters. Incorrect settings can lead to spindle motor damage or burnout.

Tips: When Does the Spindle Motor Bearing Need to be Replaced?
In mechanical equipment, the components of high-speed spindle motors will inevitably cause serious wear under long-term working conditions. In particular, there are many bearing parts inside the motor. Under the action of running friction, some bearings with poor tolerance are prone to failure. The bearings in the spindle motor play a very critical role. Whether it is transmission, connection, or load-bearing, they all need to rely on bearings. If the bearing in the spindle motor is damaged and there is no way to continue using it, it needs to be replaced. When do the bearings of the spindle motor need to be replaced?
- When there are obvious cracks and gaps in the inner and outer rings of the spindle motor bearing or the bracket part, they need to be replaced in time. If it is a rolling bearing, it must be replaced when the rolling element cracks.
- When the rolling or sliding track of the spindle motor has obvious wear damage, pay attention to replace it. Some spindle motor bearings have rivets fixed on them. Loose rivets mean that new motor bearings must be replaced.
- If the bearing is rusted due to exposure to the air, it should be replaced in time. Sometimes the high temperature causes burn marks on the surface of the motor bearing to be replaced.
- When the spindle motor bearing has creep and plastic deformation, it means that the motor bearing cannot be used because of wear or high temperature, and new bearing parts need to be replaced.
