Feature
- Spindle motor with superior durability ER20 collet ensures smooth running.
- Fast response, strong overload capacity, low noise, and high mechanical precision.
- High-quality 3 pcs bearings (7005Cx2 + 7003Cx1), runout off less than 0.01mm, tapered bore less than 0.005mm.
- P4 grade ceramic ball bearings are used as spindle bearings, which improves the service life under high-speed revolution.
- Lubricated with grease, which is resistant to 200 degrees high temperature.
- Tight sealing and two-layer dustproof design.
Application
This series of air-cooled electric spindle motors is designed primarily for use with variable frequency drives or engraving machines, as well as CNC routers. It is ideal for high-speed profiling, drilling, cutting, engraving, and groove milling across a variety of materials, including wood, metal, plastics, foam, and rubber.
Note: Ensure that the spindle motor and VFD are compatible. The VFD’s specifications and parameter settings must align with the spindle motor’s nominal parameters. Incorrect settings can lead to spindle motor damage or burnout.

Tips: Water Cooling vs. Air Cooling of Spindle Motor
When the high-speed motor spindle is working, the built-in motor and rolling bearing will generate a lot of heat during the rotation. Because the spindle has the characteristics of a compact structure, small gap, and weak spontaneous heat dissipation effect, if the heat is not dissipated in time, it will cause different degrees of thermal expansion between internal parts, which will affect the performance parameters of the motor spindle rigidity and machining accuracy. It will seriously affect the service life of the spindle. For the overall cooling of the motor spindle, there are usually two ways water cooling and air cooling.
Water cooling refers to the design of cooling water circulation inside the high-speed spindle motor, and the corresponding cooling machine is equipped outside so that the cooling liquid circulates inside the spindle to take away the internal heat. The advantages of this cooling method are simple and reliable in design, and the cooling effect is more obvious.
Air cooling refers to the design of a forced convection channel between the housing of the high-speed spindle motor and the stator of the motor. The heat of the motor enters the forced convection area through heat conduction and finally brings the heat into the air to realize the main shaft of the motor. Constant temperature work. Air cooling is non-polluting. If a static pressure gas bearing is used, the gas of the static pressure gas bearing can be used to circulate inside the spindle to take away part of the heat of the motor.
