Applications

Y-type strainers can remove impurities, debris, and solid particles from fluid or gas pipelines in industrial and commercial applications. Tips: Types of Strainer

Y-Type Strainer: As mentioned earlier, a Y-type strainer has a Y-shaped body and is designed to remove solid particles from fluid or gas pipelines.
Basket Strainer: A basket strainer has a cylindrical body and a removable basket-like strainer element that can be easily cleaned or replaced. It is used in applications where large volumes of fluid need to be filtered.
Duplex Strainer: A duplex strainer consists of two basket strainers that can be used alternatively to ensure continuous filtration. When one basket is being cleaned or replaced, the other is still in use.
