Tips: Advantages of stainless-steel centrifugal fans
- The stainless-steel casing is rust-proof, moisture-proof and anti-oxidation, and can operate stably for a long time in a humid or corrosive environment, while conventional centrifugal fans usually use iron or carbon steel, which is prone to rust and corrosion.
- Stainless steel centrifugal fans use large-diameter air inlets and straight-wing impellers to ensure higher wind pressure and wider-angle suction effects. Compared with conventional fans, the wind force is more stable and the coverage is wider.
- Aluminum alloy fans effectively isolate the heat between the impeller and the motor, improve the heat dissipation effect, and maintain long-term efficient operation; conventional fans have weak heat dissipation effects and are prone to overheating when running for a long time.
- Stainless steel materials are wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant. Combined with efficient heat dissipation design and pure copper motors, the overall service life is longer; conventional fans are usually short-lived due to material and heat dissipation limitations.
