Feature

Strong Applicability: RTD sensor can be used with display instruments, recording instruments, and electronic regulators. It can directly measure the temperature of liquid, steam, gas medium and solid surface in the range of -200℃~+420℃ in various production processes.
Anti-interference: The heated part (temperature sensing element) of the Pt100 RTD sensor is a double-wound metal wire evenly wrapped around a skeleton made of insulating material. When there is a temperature gradient in the measured medium, the measured temperature is the average temperature of the medium layer within the range of the temperature sensing element.
Corrosion Resistance: The protective tube is made of 304 stainless steel, so it has strong anti-pollution performance and excellent mechanical strength, and is suitable for installation in harsh environments.

Application

Tips: Pt100 RTD sensor working principle
Pt100 is a kind of platinum resistance, and also a thermistor of positive temperature coefficient, that is, the resistance value rises with the increase of the temperature. Platinum resistance has high accuracy, suitable for neutral and oxidizing medium. It has good stability and can test a wide temperature range (-200~420℃). The most important thing is that platinum resistance has good linearity, that is, when the temperature changes one degree, the increase of resistance value is basically the same. Pt100 resistance value is 100 ohm at 0℃, 18.52 ohm at -200℃ and 175.86 ohm at 200℃. In addition to Pt100, the most commonly thermistor are Pt1000 (platinum resistance of 1000 ohm at 0℃) and Cu50 (copper resistance of 50 ohm at 0℃).
