Tips: 4 considerations of limit switches

  1. Please do not connect a power source of different polarity or different type to the contact of one limit switch.
  2. Please do not apply voltage between contacts during circuit design (may cause contact melting).
  3. Even in the event of an abnormal situation, there should be no short circuit (may lead to fusing of conductive parts).
  4. Limit switches used in electronic circuits (low voltage and low current).
    1. If the vibration and tremor of the contacts cause problems, please take the following measures.
      1. Insert the integrating circuit.
      2. The pulse caused by vibration and chatter shall be controlled below the disturbance tolerance of the load.
    2. In the fields with particularly high contact reliability requirements, the original silver contacts are not suitable. The performance of limit switches for small voltages and currents with gold contacts is better.
    3. In consideration of safety, Use b for the limit switch for emergency stop.
To prevent damage to the limit switch caused by a short circuit, connect a momentary fuse with a breaking current value equivalent to 1.5 to 2 times the rated current in series with the switch. When using EN certified ratings, use a 10A fuse gT or gG suitable for IEC60269.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
