Tips: DIP switch for PLC control system

DIP switches are widely used in data processing, communication, remote control and anti-theft automatic alarm systems, air showers and other products that require manual programming. If some data in the PLC control system needs to be modified frequently, you can use a multi-position DIP switch to connect to the PLC and set the data outside the PLC. In the figure, the COM terminal of the 4 position DIP switch is connected together with the COM terminal of the PLC. The 4 data lines of each DIP switch are connected to the 4 input points of the PLC in a certain order.
