After purchasing one RDDLZ load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

3 axis load cells have capacity range from 50N, 100N, 200N, 500N, 1000N, 2000N to 5000N. Load cell capacity can be customized according to customer requirements, such as capacity of 500kg or 5000lb.

Tips: What is a 3 Axis Load Cell?

A 3 Axis Load Cell is a type of force sensor designed to measure forces applied in three perpendicular directions: X, Y, and Z axes. Unlike traditional load cells that measure force in a single direction (usually compression), a 3 Axis Load Cell can simultaneously measure force in all three spatial directions. This makes it ideal for applications where forces act in multiple directions, providing a comprehensive measurement of force distribution.

Typically, it uses strain gauges mounted on a central sensing element. When force is applied, the strain gauges detect the deformation along each axis and convert it into an electrical signal. This data is then processed to determine the magnitude of the applied force in each direction.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
