Features

The DC contactor supports a short-term 150A load, features one normally open contact, and has a coil power consumption of ≤22W.
It provides an insulation resistance of 100MΩ (1000VDC), a dielectric strength of 2kV between contacts and coil, and an IP67 protection rating.
150A DC contactor complies with IEC 60664-1, GB/T14048.1, and GB/T14048.4 standards, meets RoHS (2015/863/EU) and REACH (1907/2006/EC) requirements, and is CE certified.

RDDLZ DC contactors are widely applied in electric vehicles (EVs), renewable energy systems (solar and wind), energy storage systems (ESS), DC charging stations, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and industrial equipment that requires safe and reliable DC switching.

Tips: Can relays replace DC contactors?

Relays generally cannot replace DC contactors in high-voltage or high-current DC circuits.

Current & Voltage: Relays handle low currents and low voltage; DC contactors handle high currents and high voltage safely.
Arcing: DC contactors are designed to extinguish arcs in DC circuits; relays usually are not.
Durability: DC contactors have longer mechanical and electrical life under heavy DC load.
Safety: Using a relay instead of a DC contactor can cause contact welding or failure.
