Tips: DC contactor wiring method

  1. The DC contactor's coil is connected to the control circuit and is used to control the motor in the circuit part (use small to control large).
  2. The auxiliary contact represents the normally open contact of the contactor, which is opened when not powered and closed after powered on. It is used to control the self-locking of the circuit or be connected in parallel to the start button to achieve continuous operation.
  3. Both ends of the DC contactor'scoil are connected to the control circuit, the normally open contact is connected to the anode, and the normally closed contact is connected to the load.
  4. When the coil of DC contactor is activated, the normally open contact opens, the normally closed contact closes, and the load is energized; when the control circuit is deenergized, the normally open contact closes, the normally closed contact opens, and the load is deenergized.The above information is based on the general wiring method of DC contactors.
