This single-channel temperature data logger uses the thermocouple principle to professionally measure temperature. It is a handheld portable instrument suitable for single data quality inspection.

Features

  • The thermocouple temperature data recorder flexibly uses various types of probes to ensure accurate measurement of the full range in environments such as low-temperature cold storage and high-temperature boilers.
  • It uses a standard thermocouple socket and supports the connection of various types of temperature probes to improve the convenience of use.
  • The single-channel temperature data recorder is equipped with an extra-large backlit display, which clearly displays temperature information and is easy to read data in various light environments.
  • It has a temperature over-limit alarm function, which can remind users in time when the temperature exceeds the set range, and provides maximum, minimum and average display functions to help users quickly analyze temperature change trends.
  • The temperature data logger uses an ultra-large dot matrix display screen, which can display more information and improve user viewing efficiency.
  • When connected to a temperature probe, it can reach IP52 protection level to ensure stable operation in harsh environments.
  • It supports custom alarm value settings, and buzzers when it exceeds or falls below the set range, helping quality inspectors to find problems and make adjustments in time.
  • The automatic shutdown function can be turned on, and it will automatically shut down if there is no operation within 10 minutes, saving energy and extending battery life.

Applications

Tips: Principle of thermocouple temperature data logger

The principle of the thermocouple temperature data logger is based on the working principle of a thermocouple, which consists of two different metal wires. When the junction of these two metals experiences a temperature change, a small voltage (thermoelectric potential) is generated at the connection point. This voltage is directly related to the temperature, with a known linear relationship. The data logger measures this voltage difference to calculate the temperature and processes, records, and displays the data. The built-in analog-to-digital converter (ADC) of the device converts the analog signal into readable temperature values, which are then shown on an LCD screen or stored in memory. Additionally, the data logger typically features alarm functions, data storage, and customizable settings, making it suitable for a wide range of temperature monitoring and data logging applications.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
