Tips: How does the stepper motor measure the output current?

When the stepper motor is running continuously, you can see the effective value of the current in one of the phase lines with the current gear of the multimeter. For example, string a resistance of 1 Ω in the phase line, use an oscilloscope to see the waveform at both ends of the resistance, the highest value on the oscilloscope is the peak current.

The rated current of the stepping motor refers to the maximum current that is allowed to pass for a long time when the heating does not exceed the long-term heating allowable temperature under the reference ambient temperature and the rated voltage working condition. The ambient temperature has a great influence on the maximum current allowed to pass for a long time, because the ambient temperature of the device installation location and the reference ambient temperature are not necessarily the same.

Generally, when the electrical equipment is working at an ambient temperature higher than 40 degrees Celsius, it is recommended to reduce the rated current by 1.8% for each increase in the ambient temperature by 1 degree. When the working environment temperature is lower than 40 degrees, the ambient temperature will decrease by 1 degree per degree. , It is recommended to increase the rated current by 0.5%, but the maximum should not exceed 20% of the rated current.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
