Miniature pressure sensor is designed for high-performance applications with excellent temperature compensation and high accuracy up to 0.25% FS. It supports a wide selection of pressure ranges from 0-2.5/4/6/10MPa and provides analog signal outputs from 0.5~3VDC with a response frequency up to 20Hz, which ensures fast data transmission and is suitable for real-time pressure measurement in dynamic environments. The miniature pressure transducer has a shock resistance of 500g/1ms and a vibration resistance of 10g, making it suitable for harsh environments. IP66 protection ensures that the pressure transducer works stably in dusty and humid environments, and the built-in reverse polarity protection protects the device from damage in case of incorrect wiring.

"Ο" represent shielded wires, and all marked grounding points must be effectively grounded. Shielded twisted pair signal cable is recommended. In order to avoid ground loops, the shielding layer adopts single-ended grounding, in the pressure transmitter end of the insulation floating ground, and in the control cabinet end of the ground.

The transmitter shell is grounded by default, so the field equipment needs to be effectively grounded, if the field equipment can not be grounded, it is necessary to make the indicated grounding point effectively grounded.

Applications

Tips: How are micro pressure sensors installed and maintained?

Installation of micro-pressure sensors is usually relatively simple, but you need to ensure that the installation position is stable, to avoid vibration or shock to affect the measurement accuracy. During installation, the pressure sensor should be prevented from contacting corrosive media or media beyond its design pressure range to prevent damage. In addition, regularly check whether the wiring and interface of the sensor are firm to avoid loosening and abrasion affecting the performance. For cleaning and maintenance, direct flushing of the sensor surface with water should be avoided to prevent water ingress from damaging the sensor's sensitive components.
