High temperature level sensor for water/oil/fuel tank level measurement has working temperature (-40~+150℃/-40~302℉) and maximum measuring range 0-20m, can transmit and output analog signal 0-20mA/4-20mA/0-20mA/0-5V/1-5V/0-10V to remote control system. This level sensor has an IP65 protection level and is suitable for level measurement in high-temperature environments.

Tips: 3 contact type level sensors

  1. Submersible level sensor
    Submersible level sensors use the principles of hydrostatics to measure water level. It adopts a special cable with a ventilation conduit in the middle and special sealing technology, which not only ensures the water tightness of the water level sensor, but also makes the reference pressure chamber communicate with the ambient pressure, thus ensuring the high precision/high stability of the level measurement.
    Another gas collecting cylinder type water level transmitter is composed of a stainless steel gas collector, a stainless steel capillary tube and a protection head. The sensor and signal processing circuit are designed inside the protection head, and the gas collector is put into the water under test to collect the pressure signal. The liquid level pressure signal collected by the gas in the gas collector transmits the pressure to the sensor through the stainless steel capillary tube, thus avoiding the direct contact between the liquid level sensor and the measured medium. Gas collecting cylinder type water level sensor is suitable for high temperature corrosion and other occasions. It effectively solves the level measurement puzzles of high temperature corrosion liquid and the sewage.
  2. Float level sensor
    The float level sensor is composed of a magnetic floating ball, a measuring conduit, a signal unit, an electronic unit, a junction box and mounting parts. Generally, the specific gravity of the magnetic floating ball is less than 0.5, and it can float above the liquid level and move up and down along the measuring conduit. The measuring element is installed in the conduit, which can convert the measured liquid level signal into a resistance signal proportional to the liquid level change under the action of external magnetism, and convert the signal into 4-20mA or other standard signal output.
  3. Photoelectric liquid level sensor
    The photoelectric level sensor has nothing to do with other characteristics of the medium, including temperature, pressure, density, and electrical parameters. The liquid level detection is accurate, the repeatability is high, the response speed is fast, and the liquid level control is very precise. The photoelectric probes of level sensor are relatively small in size, and multiple photoelectric probes can be installed on one measuring object under the liquid to make multi-point liquid level sensors. All the components inside the photoelectric liquid level sensor are processed by resin encapsulation. There are no mechanical moving parts inside the level sensor, so the sensor has advantages of high reliability, long life and maintenance-free. The photoelectric level sensor can also be free of debugging and calibration, and can be installed directly for application.
