Tips: Installation of explosion-proof junction box

• Before installation, check whether the parameters listed on the nameplate meet the actual use conditions.
• Before installation, please carefully check the surface of the shell. If there is damage, deformation, looseness, etc., it is not allowed to be installed.
• During installation, the internal and external grounding screws must be reliably grounded.
• During installation, inspection and maintenance, the power supply must be disconnected before opening the cover, and the front power supply must be cut off first. It is strictly forbidden to open the cover with power on.
• After installation, the insulation resistance between the electrode and the shell should be checked before power is supplied. Power can only be supplied after it is normal.
• During installation and maintenance, attention should be paid to ensure that the sealing ring at the introduction device is pressed tightly, and the outer diameter of the inlet and outlet cables must meet the requirements of the sealing ring to prevent water from entering the shell or affecting the explosion-proof performance.
• Please check the sealing ring regularly and replace it in time if it is found to be aging.
