Tips for installing sanitary butterfly valve

It is best to install SS sanitary butterfly valves upright and vertically on the pipeline. A support frame should be added to the valve where the weight is large and there is vibration.
The body of the stainless steel sanitary butterfly valve should avoid excessive stress due to severely different shafts between the front and rear piping or the adjusted flange.
Flush the piping system before installing the regulating valve before the initial start of construction and after the maintenance is stopped. Or install a transition filter in front of the valve.
The sanitary BF valve must be installed in accordance with the arrow on the flow direction of the valve body in an environment where there is no severe corrosive gas.
