Tips: Wiring of magnetostrictive sensor
Three lines of the linear displacement sensor cannot connected in a wrong way. Meanwhile, the power and output lines can't be exchanged. If connected incorrectly, large linear error will be caused. However, it is very difficult to control it. Further, the control accuracy will be poor. In addition, situations including jumping phenomenon of the display will emerge easily. If the display data jumps regularly or there is no display data, the technician should check whether the insulation of connecting wire is broken, and judge whether the short circuit of earthing is caused for it contacts the shell of the machine regularly.
