Rotary vane cylinder with magnetic switch, available in 10mm or 15mm bore size, single vane cylinder with 90°, 180° or 270° rotation angle. Rotating pneumatic cylinder piston rod is made of stainless steel with high hardness, wear resistance and long service life.

Tips: What is the difference between single and double vane rotary actuators?

In these actuators, the hub simply rotates between stops by using oil or air pressure to create movement at the output lever. Double-bladed actuators include two opposing blades which provide greater torque but very limited rotation compared to single-bladed actuators with a complete circular chamber.

In the single vane type, rotational movement is usually limited to 280 degrees. In the two-blade type, the movement is usually 90 or 100 degrees, with a much smaller range of rotation and twice the force of a single-blade configuration.
