Tips: Types of multilayer ceramic chip capacitors

1. Temperature compensated NPO medium
   NP0, also known as COG, has the most stable electrical performance and basically does not change with temperature, voltage and time. It is an ultra-stable, low-loss capacitor material type and is suitable for high-frequency, ultra-high-frequency, in very high frequency circuits.
2. High dielectric constant X7R dielectric
   X7R is a ferroelectric dielectric, which enables the manufacture of capacitors with larger capacitance than NPO dielectrics. This kind of capacitor has relatively stable performance. With the change of temperature, voltage and time, its unique performance does not change significantly. It is a type of stable capacitor material. It is used in DC blocking, coupling, bypass, filter circuit and high reliability requirements in the frequency circuit.
3. Semiconductor type X5R dielectrics
   X5R has a high dielectric constant and is often used to produce large-capacity capacitors with larger specific capacitance and higher nominal capacity.
