Available Options
Low price universal joint coupling with bore 250mm, flexibility is 140mm, nominal torque 63Nm. The structure of the universal coupling has a large angular compensation capability, compact structure, and high transmission efficiency.
Features
- The structure is reasonable, the use is safe and reliable, and the integral fork head is adopted, which eliminates the weak link of the bolt pressing the bearing seat (cover), and completely avoids the common vicious damage caused by the loosening or breaking of the bolts.
- The service life is 30%-50% higher than other types of couplings.
- High carrying capacity.
- The transmission efficiency is high, the transmission efficiency is as high as 98.7%-99.9%, and the energy saving is remarkable when used in high-power transmission, which can reduce power consumption by 5%-15%.
- The transmission is stable and the noise is low, the general noise is 30-40dB(A).

Application
Tips: How to align the universal coupling?
From the perspective of assembly, as long as the coupling can ensure the safe and reliable transmission of torque, the greater the allowable deviation between the centers of the two shafts, the easier it is to meet the requirements during installation. But from the perspective of installation quality, the smaller the deviation of the centerlines of the two axes, the more accurate the alignment, the better the operation of the machine and the longer the service life. Therefore, the allowable deviation of the alignment of the two shafts during the installation of the universal joint cannot be regarded as the margin left by the installer for sloppy construction.
