Differential pressure flow switches are widely used in engineering to detect the pressure difference of chillers and coils such as water filters, pumps, heat exchangers, etc. They can also be used to indicate the status of pumps or water filters. When the water flowing (differential pressure) decreases or increases to the set point, the automatic control system will issue an alarm or cut off the output signal.

Tips: Differential pressure flow switch precautions for use
- This differential pressure flow switch is only suitable for non-corrosive media such as water, air and oil. Avoid contact with corrosive liquids or gases during use to avoid damage to the equipment.
- Ensure that the fluid flow direction is consistent with the marked direction of the switch during installation. Avoid installing it in areas with large vibrations to avoid affecting the measurement accuracy and the normal operation of the switch.
- When using, please ensure that the set pressure difference range matches the actual working pressure of the system to prevent switch failure or damage due to exceeding specifications.
- It is recommended to check the function and connection parts of the switch regularly to ensure that there is no dust or blockage that affects the normal operation of the switch. Especially in high temperature, high humidity or harsh environment, the inspection frequency should be increased.
- Avoid exceeding the maximum working pressure of the equipment to prevent damage to the sensing diaphragm or other components. Overload may cause switch failure or safety accidents.
- Please ensure that the temperature and humidity of the working environment are within the rated range of the equipment. Excessive temperature or humidity may affect the performance of the switch or shorten its service life.
- When wiring, please ensure that the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the switch and connect the circuit correctly according to the product instructions. Incorrect wiring may cause equipment damage or abnormal operation.
