Linear actuators are electric actuators which create motion in a straight line. The provided actuator is mini and compact, max load up to 1000N in pull/push, 12V/24V DC four voltage options are available, very convenient to install. Home, electrical and mechanical, chemical, sanitary ware, leisure and other fields are widely used.

Note:

  1. Measurements are made with actuators in connection with stable power supplies and ambient temperature at 20°C.
  2. For example, when real load is 800N, choosing code (K) is fine. Of course, you can also choose (G) or (J) which come with more load buffer, higher safety factor and longer product service time.
  3. There are many factors affecting the "customizable maximum stroke", such as load, speed, force direction, etc., so the real application scenarios should be considered. If the parameters you required are not listed, please contact our sales engineers.

5 tips for checking and repairing linear actuator

  1. In repairing the miniature linear actuator, please take notes to use the sharp utensils for disassembly and assembly. Since the inner part of the linear actuator has many precised electronic components, it might be damaged easily.
  2. In the process of repairing the miniature linear actuator, it is required to firstly remove the circuit module for mechanical dismounting of the component. It can protect the electronic components which are easily to be damaged as well.
  3. Since miniature linear actuator adopts very fine components, which are easily to get deformed or damaged, so please avoid using the brute force in repairing, which will result in unrecoverable damages.
  4. Before repairing, it is firstly required to read the product instruction manual, familiarize with the shapes and applications of various components, and conduct fault analysis. The maintenance and repairing shall be conducted in the non-magnetic and dry environment.
  5. After the maintenance, it shall be assembled, ensuring that all circuits are connected accurately, avoiding short circuit, power leakage and other phenomena.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
