Tips: What is the function of water flow switch?

The water flow switch is a common flow detection device. It mainly detects the dynamic state of the water flow, which has the advantages of flexible use, stable performance, high reliability and long life span and so on.

In some large equipment and machines, circulating water is usually used to cool the equipment to ensure that the operating temperature of it is within a reasonable range. When the cooling water system fails, if the water flow stops, the temperature of the equipment will rise, leading to it to operate abnormally even burned out. Usually, a flow switch is installed in the pipe of the cooling water system to monitor the flow state of the cooling water in real time. Once the cooling water stops flowing, the water flow switch will send an alarm signal to the central control room, so that it can deal with this situation in time and avoid an accident.
