Wiring Diagram

Note:

Circles represent shielded wires, and all marked grounding points must be effectively grounded. Shielded twisted pair signal cable is recommended. In order to avoid ground loops, the shielding layer adopts single-ended grounding, in the pressure transmitter end of the insulation floating ground, and in the control cabinet end of the ground.

The transmitter shell is grounded by default, so the field equipment needs to be effectively grounded, if the field equipment can not be grounded, it is necessary to make the indicated grounding point effectively grounded.

Applications

Tips: What is a flat film pressure sensor?

A Flat Film Pressure Sensor is a sensor designed to measure surface pressure or uniform pressure distribution. It converts externally applied pressure into an electrical signal output through its flat, flexible diaphragm structure. Due to their thin design, flat film pressure sensors are able to conform to complex curved surfaces and are used in a wide range of applications such as medical devices, industrial controls, motion monitoring and electronics.

Flat film pressure sensors offer the following advantages:

  • High sensitivity: capable of detecting subtle pressure changes, suitable for precision measurements.
  • Ultra-thin design: Only a few millimeters thick, allowing flexible installation in small or complex spaces.
  • High durability: Made of wear-resistant materials, suitable for long-term use.
  • Low power consumption: Ideal for portable devices or applications with high energy consumption requirements.
  • Easy to install: Quickly fixed without complicated tools, reducing installation cost and time.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
