Installation Precautions

  1. Please install the inclinometer sensor according to the correct method, incorrect installation will lead to measurement errors, especially pay attention to a "surface" and "line".
  2. The mounting surface of the inclinometer sensor and the measured surface must be fixed tightly, flat and stable, if the mounting surface is uneven, it is easy to cause the inclination sensor to measure the angle error.
  3. RDDLZ store inclinometer sensor axis and the measured axis must be parallel, the two axes as far as possible do not produce angle.

Adopt high precision core control unit, capacitance miniature pendulum principle. Utilizing the principle of earth gravity, when the inclination unit is tilted, the earth's gravity in the corresponding pendulum will produce the component of gravity, the corresponding capacitance will change, through the capacitance at the amount of amplification, filtering, conversion after the inclination.

UR, UL are the voltages between the left and right pole plates of the pendulum and their respective electrodes. When the tilt sensor is tilted, UR, UL will change according to a certain law, so ∫ (UR, UL) is a function of the tilt angle α: α=∫ (UR1, UL1)
