Tips: Installing an emergency stop switch for belt alignment control
The working principle of the emergency stop switch for belt alignment control is that when the conveyor belt deviates, the belt touches the vertical roll of the switch. When the vertical roll deflects to the first stage action angle, the first group of contact switch operates and outputs a alarm signal. If the belt continues to deviate so that the vertical roll of the emergency stop switch reaches the second stage action angle, the second group of contact switch sends a stop signal. If it is connected to the control circuit, it can realize automatically shutdown.
Installation method:

Fix the emergency stop switch on the bracket and weld it to the rack.
Set the two-stage belt alignment switches on both sides of the conveyor belt. The vertical roll should be perpendicular to the plane of the edge of the conveyor belt.
The distance between the vertical roll of the emergency stop switch and the edge of the conveyor belt is L=50 ~ 100mm.
A pair of emergency stop switches can be installed at every 50m position of conveyor belt.
