Tips: What is an emergency stop rope pull switch?
The emergency stop rope pull switch is composed of pull rod, reset button, lock slot and micro switch. It is installed on machines and equipments that cannot be protected by protective doors, such as belt conveyor. The one-way emergency stop rope pull switch reaches the operating state through pre-tension force. That is to say, the normally closed contact is closed and the normally open contact is in open state. When the rope is pulled or broken, the normally closed contact is definitely open, and the normally open contact is closed. This cuts off the power of control line and stops the conveyor. At this time, the state of the emergency stop switch is locked. The unlocking method is generally achieved by pressing the reset button. Compared with the emergency stop button, the emergency stop rope pull switch can be operated at any point on the rope.
