RDDLZ-MT730 series 3-phase 3-wire EMC filters are designed for suppressing the interference of VFD input end to the power grid and other digital equipment. With a three-stage filter design, they works at 250/440V AC 50/60Hz, current rating from 6 Amp, 10 Amp, 20 Amp, 25 Amp, 40 Amp to 1000 Amp with high impedance characteristics over a wide range of frequency and excellent common mode and differential mode suppression capability.

Applications: The EMC input line filters are widely used in variable frequency drives, servomotors, frequency converters and other industrial electronic equipment which work on the principle of frequency conversion as well as the work site with strict environmental requirements.

Tips: What is an EMC filter for variable frequency drive (VFD)?

The special filter for variable frequency drive is a filter specially designed to eliminate the frequency spectrum components that interfere with the power grid and other digital electronic equipment and enhance the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of the VFD when it is working. The EMC filter for VFD is composed of a low-pass filter circuit made up of an inductor and a capacitor, which allows the current of the useful signal to pass, and has a larger attenuation for the interference signal with a higher frequency.

The filters for variable frequency drive can be divided into VFD input filters and VFD output filters based on their use positions.
1. Characteristics of VFD input filters

2. Characteristics of VFD output filters

  • dv / dt suppression, over-voltage limitation;
  • Reduce the electromagnetic interference of the VFD;
