Duct air flow sensor/transmitter is designed for measuring airflow velocity and flow rate in pipelines, with a high-precision wind speed measurement unit that is sensitive and can quickly and accurately measure small wind speeds. It has good stability, small drift, and high accuracy, and can calculate real-time air volume values based on the measured pipeline cross-sectional area.
Features
- Duct air flow sensor is suitable for harsh environments such as ventilation ducts and grease exhaust ducts.
- The sensor utilizes a full-range secondary calibration method to ensure good linearity and high accuracy.
- Its open flange installation design, combined with high-quality silicone sealing rings, reduces air leakage and ensures durability.
- Users can set the measurement duct cross-sectional area, and the sensor uploads real-time flow values based on the configured area.
- Air flow sensor features an RS485 communication interface that supports the standard ModBus-RTU protocol, with configurable communication address and baud rate, and a maximum communication distance of 2000 meters.
- The duct air flow transmitter address can be configured via software or set using a DIP switch, providing ease of use for the operator.
- The terminal block uses imported tool-free terminals, allowing users to connect with just a simple press and insert, eliminating the need for tools.
- The sensor incorporates specialized EMC anti-interference components, enabling it to withstand strong electromagnetic interference from devices like variable frequency drives.
- It is marked with airflow direction indicators, facilitating straightforward installation on-site and ensuring a simple and efficient setup process.

Installation diagram
Tips: Installation method of duct air flow sensor/transmitter
- First, make a hole with a diameter of 20mm on the ventilation duct and insert the air duct into the hole.
- Adjust the direction of the equipment so that the arrow direction of the equipment is consistent with the direction of the wind speed. The height of the equipment can be controlled by adjusting the position of the flange.
- Install three screws on the flange to fix the equipment and complete the installation.
Builder in Product TAB
NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc.
You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules.
Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
