Tips: Some cautions for using blue laser engraver module

  1. The laser emitted by the laser module may cause damage to the human eye. Do not look directly at its end face during operation, and wear appropriate protective glasses to protect the laser.
  2. The device requires a suitable driving power supply. When the laser module is connected to the power supply, the power supply output voltage should be zero, and the current should be increased or decreased slowly to prevent the current shock from damaging the device.
  3. The blue laser engraving module requires a suitable laser driver (PCB). When the laser module is connected to the power supply, please set the output voltage to zero, and the current adjustment should be increased or decreased slowly to avoid damaging the device.
  4. The laser module should be stored or used in a dry environment, and the dustproof level should reach the million level to prevent dust from falling into the lens and affecting the light spot.
  5. Working at high temperature will increase the threshold current, reduce the conversion efficiency, and accelerate the aging of the device.
  6. When the output power is higher than its specific operating parameters, it will accelerate the aging of the device. The temperature of the laser diode can reach 70 degrees during continuous operation. Please do a good job of heat dissipation.
  7. This laser module is an electrostatic sensitive device. Please make sure that you are grounded or wear an anti-static wrist strap before use.
