Tips: Do you need to break in a brushless RC motor?

No need to break in a brushless motor. Brushed motors people used to break them in to get the comm brushes to match up with the commutator and also to break in bushings if the motor didn't have bearings. Again, nothing is needed except for oil in the bearings for a brushless motor.
