Tips: Wiring Precautions for Terminal Blocks.
1. The tightening wiring force should be moderate to prevent the bolts and nuts from being slipped with too much force. If the bolts and nuts are found to be slipped, they should be replaced in time. It is strictly forbidden to work.
2. When tightening or loosening the screws with a screwdriver, you must force the screwdriver to tighten the screws, and then tighten or loosen the screws to prevent the screwdriver and the screws from slipping, causing damage to the screws that are not easy to disassemble, especially the common air-opening in the hanging box.
3. If you find bolts and nuts that are difficult to disassemble, don't act recklessly to prevent deformation and make disassembly more difficult. You should tap them properly, or add screw loosener, dilute hydrochloric acid, etc. to disassemble later.
4. Do not use pliers to tighten or loosen bolts and nuts to prevent damage. Adjust the opening when using a live-end wrench to prevent the bolts and nuts from being damaged or deformed and difficult to disassemble.
