Tips: What Should I Do If My Pneumatic Globe Valve Suddenly Doesn't Work?
Pneumatic globe valve suddenly not working can be caused by a variety of reasons. First, check if the air supply is normal and make sure the pneumatic actuator gets enough air pressure. Check whether the air supply connection, pressure regulator and other parts are working properly. Second, check whether the connection between the valve body and the valve cover is tight to prevent air leakage.
If the above is normal, check whether the pneumatic globe valve spool is contaminated or stuck, you can clean the spool and its surrounding. At the same time, check the control system to ensure that the signal transmission is normal. If the problem remains unresolved, it is recommended to seek professional maintenance personnel for overhaul, which may require more in-depth maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic shut-off valve.
