Tips for using air chain hoist

The air chain hoist shall not lift and unload heavy objects from the side, and it is forbidden to use overload.
Avoid obstructions within the operator's walking range and routes where heavy objects pass
When using, please fix the workpiece firmly. Keep hands and rags away from the rotating parts.
In the process of use, the operator should check whether the wire rope is randomly buckled, knotted, grooved, worn, etc., and if it occurs, it should be eliminated in time.
Do not artificially use the limiter to stop the lifting of heavy objects or stop the operation of the equipment in daily work.
The up and down, left and right directions of the manual buttons should be accurate and sensitive, and the motor and reducer should have no abnormal noise.
Special maintenance personnel should be set up to check the main performance and safety status of the pneumatic chain hoist once a week, and find faults and eliminate them in time.
After the work is completed, turn off the main air power switch and cut off the main air power supply.
