10/16/20/25/32/40/63 amp 1 pole residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) is an essential safety switch designed to protect people and electrical systems from electric shock or leakage currents. This RCD residual current device monitors the current flowing through the live conductor and compares it with the return current in the neutral. If there is an imbalance, indicating a leakage current, the RCCB rapidly disconnects the circuit to prevent harm.

Tips: What is an RCCB residual current circuit breaker?

An RCCB (Residual Current Circuit Breaker) is a safety device used to prevent electric shock and protect against electrical fires caused by earth faults. It works by detecting imbalances between the live (phase) and neutral currents. Under normal conditions, the current flowing in and out of a circuit should be equal. If there is a difference, it indicates leakage, potentially due to a person coming into contact with a live wire or faulty insulation, which could cause electric shock or fire. When the RCCB detects this imbalance, typically as low as 30mA, it trips and cuts off the power supply instantly, preventing harm.

RCCBs are widely used in residential, commercial, and industrial installations to enhance electrical safety, ensuring that the system is turned off in case of fault currents, thus safeguarding both people and equipment. They do not protect against overload or short circuits, for which circuit breakers are used.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
