After purchasing one RDDLZ load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

This high-quality tension force sensor measures forces ranging from 10N to 500N with an output sensitivity of 1.0 ± 0.05 mV/V and zero output accuracy of ±1% F.S. It supports a maximum load of 300% R.C. and a cable pulling limit of 98N. Ideal for use with fiber optics, cables, and belts.

The force measuring load cell itself outputs a mv signal, which is too small to be used directly and needs to be passed through an amplifier or an instrument before it can be used. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Wiring Method

Tips: What is the response frequency of the sensor, and why is it important?

The sensor has a response frequency of 1 kHz, which means it can provide tension readings at a frequency of up to 1000 times per second. This is particularly important for measuring dynamic forces, as the sensor can quickly detect and record changes in tension over time. For example, in processes where the tension fluctuates rapidly, such as in cable manufacturing or during material testing, the sensor’s high response frequency ensures that it captures the real-time force variations accurately. This makes the sensor suitable for high-speed applications where precise, continuous tension measurements are required.

Builder in Product TAB

NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc. You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules. Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
