Tips: Precautions for use of static strain gauge torque sensor
- The sensor is a high-precision test component. In order to ensure the accuracy of measurement, the force transmission should be controlled not to be affected by eccentric load and lateral direction. During the test, the line of action of the external force should be guaranteed to coincide with the force axis of the sensor. And use it according to the force direction marked on the sensor beam.
- When installing the sensor, avoid severe impact or strong pulling to cause damage to the beam or lead. If not used for a long time, it should be stored in an environment of -10°C~65°C and relative humidity not exceeding 75%.
- It is strictly forbidden to perform various welding operations on the load-bearing device equipped with the sensor.
- The measured load should be 80% of the rated range of the sensor. Overloading is strictly prohibited.
- Sensors that have not been specially treated shall not be used underwater.
- The natural output of the sensor is mV. Changing the length of the sensor wire will affect the output of the sensor. According to the requirements of the site, a transmitter can be selected to make the output 0-5V, 4-20mA or digital signal. The wire should be connected reliably and should not contact other metal conductors.
Builder in Product TAB
NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc.
You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules.
Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
