After purchasing one RDDLZ load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, 4-20mA, or RS485.
Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.
Small load cells have capacity range from 5kg, 30kg, 100kg, 200kg, 300kg, 500kg, 1000kg, 2 ton to 5 ton. Load cell capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.

Application
Tips: What happens if a small button load cell is overloaded?
Overloading beyond the rated capacity can cause:
- Permanent deformation of the sensing element.
- Reduced accuracy due to strain gauge damage.
- Complete failure if the load cell structure is compromised.
To prevent this, choose a load cell with a higher safety factor or integrate overload protection mechanisms.
