After purchasing one RDDLZ load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.

Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.

Installation

Caution

  1. The strain gauge load cell is fixed to the measuring object with 4 standard M6 socket head cap screws as shown. For optimal measurement results, we recommend using screws of performance class 12.9, tightened in opposite diagonal order to a tightening torque of 16 N.m.

  5. Load the load cell to its maximum capacity several times before calibration to stabilize the mounting surface.
