Wiring Instructions
- There are certain specifications for wiring the 485 line field, please refer to the information package for details.
- When the vibration sensor is connected to the 485 bus, make sure that the addresses of multiple devices are not duplicated.
- The vibration sensor is available in m8*1.25*10 and m5*7 external threads, in addition to magnetic mounting.
- Power supply and 485 signal:
Note: Wide voltage power supply input 10~30V is available. 485 signal line wiring, pay attention to the A/B lines should not be reversed, and the addresses of multiple devices on the bus should not be in conflict.
Application
Tips: The basics of this industrial vibration sensor
- Vibration sensors are available in single-axis and tri-axis options. Single-axis can measure vibration values and temperature, while tri-axis can measure vibration values, displacement and temperature values in the X-, Y- and Z-axes.
- Vibration sensor vibration value measurement range of 0-50mm / s, vibration displacement measurement range of 0-5000um, are supported by custom other range output, measurement accuracy of 1.5% FS, compared with products on the market, we can better meet your needs.
- Support RS485, analogue and other signals can be selected. The RS-485/analog style of this vibration transmitter is powered by external power supply.
