Current collector transmits data remotely through RS485 communication interface, and is widely used in electrical equipment, automatic control and dispatching systems in power, post and telecommunications, petroleum, coal, metallurgy, railways, municipal and other departments.
Features
- The current collector can collect 2 current signals at the same time, suitable for multi-device monitoring and industrial applications.
- The device outputs through the RS485 interface and supports the standard ModBus-RTU protocol to ensure compatibility with various control systems.
- Users can flexibly set the ModBus address and baud rate, and the maximum communication distance can reach 2000 meters to meet different application requirements.
- It has an IP65 protection level, is waterproof and dustproof, adapts to harsh environments and ensures long-term stable operation.

Applications
Tips: Main functions of current collectors
- Current measurement and acquisition: The main function of the current collector is to collect current signals through sensors or transformers and measure the current value of the device. The collected signal can reflect the load status, working health and other information of the device.
- Signal conversion and output: The current signal collector usually converts the measured analog current signal into a standardized output signal for subsequent analysis, control or remote monitoring.
- Remote monitoring and communication: Many modern current collectors support remote monitoring functions, and transmit the collected current data to the control system through communication protocols to achieve centralized management and real-time monitoring.
- Alarm and data recording: The device usually has a fault alarm function. For example, when the current exceeds the limit, short circuit, overload, etc., an alarm will be triggered to remind the user to deal with it in time. Some current collectors also support historical data recording, which is convenient for data analysis and troubleshooting.
Builder in Product TAB
NEW! Since Journal 3.2, the much improved T.A.B (Tabs Accordion Blocks) system supports the page builder inside the tab content. Unlimited Blocks, Tabs or Accordions with any HTML content or the builder interface (supporting custom rows/columns/modules) can be assigned to any individual product or to certain groups of products, like entire categories, brands, products with specific options, attributes, price range, etc.
You can indicate any criteria via the advanced product assignment mechanism and only those products matching your criteria will display the modules.
Also, any module can be selectively activated per device (desktop/tablet/phone), customer login status and other criteria. Imagine the possibilities.
