After purchasing one RDDLZ load cell, you can buy a special digital panel meter to obtain readings directly, or buy a transmitter to output standard signal to PLC, DCS and other systems. Customized output signal is 0-5V, 0-10V, or 4-20mA.
Note: The load cell cannot be connected to both the transmitter and the controller at the same time — only one can be selected.
A compression button load cell is a precision measuring device primarily used to measure small changes in weight or pressure. When an external force acts on the sensor, the metal structure will undergo slight deformation, which will cause the strain gauge to output a weak electrical signal. This electrical signal is then amplified, filtered and analyzed by a data acquisition system, and ultimately converted into a readable numerical or graphical display.
Button load cells have capacity range from 5kg, 10kg, 20kg, 30kg, 50kg to 100kg. Load cell capacity can be customized according to customer requirements.
