Tips: Working principle of capacitive differential pressure transmitter

The capacitance type differential pressure transmitter measures differential pressure through the cooperation of the pressure-sensitive diaphragm and the capacitive sensing element. One side of the pressure-sensitive diaphragm is connected to high pressure and the other side is connected to low pressure. As the differential pressure changes, the diaphragm will deform slightly, causing the capacitance of the capacitive sensing element to change. The change in capacitance value is proportional to the differential pressure, and the circuit converts this change into a current signal for remote monitoring and control systems.

The pressure transmitter usually has a temperature compensation function to reduce the impact of temperature fluctuations on measurement accuracy, and is calibrated to ensure the accuracy of the output signal.
