RDDLZ strain wave harmonic drive gearbox is a kind of speed reduction device, which is composed of three basic components: fixed internal gears, flexible wheels and wave generators that cause radial deformation of the flexible wheels. Harmonic gearing is a new type of transmission structure. The harmonic drive uses the flexible gear to generate a controlled elastic deformation wave, causing the relative misalignment between the teeth of the rigid wheel and the flexible wheel to transmit power and motion. The harmonic drive has the advantages of high precision and high load capacity, and its volume and weight are reduced by at least 1/3 compared with an ordinary gear reducer because the material used is 50% less.
