Applications
This series of air-cooled electric spindle motors is designed primarily for use with variable frequency drives or engraving machines, as well as CNC routers. It is ideal for high-speed profiling, drilling, cutting, engraving, and groove milling across a variety of materials, including wood, metal, plastics, foam, and rubber.
Note: Ensure that the spindle motor and VFD are compatible. The VFD’s specifications and parameter settings must align with the spindle motor’s nominal parameters. Incorrect settings can lead to spindle motor damage or burnout.

Tips: What should you do if the water-cooled CNC spindle motor is blocked?
- Turn off the water pump, connect the air pipe of the air compressor to the water outlet of the main shaft, clean up the residue inside the main shaft with high-pressure air, blow for a while, connect the water pump for water circulation, and then repeat the previous steps, several times in a row, usually it can be solved
- Use an air gun to blow through, increase the power of the water pump, and thicken the water pipe
- The water quality of the water cycle is best to use barreled purified water, which can ensure that there are no impurities or scales. If you use tap water, you must pay attention to frequent replacement
- Always pay attention to the water temperature of the water cycle. Too high water temperature will not have the effect of circulating cooling, which will affect the performance of the spindle motor
