Tips: Is lower KV better for brushless motors?

The higher the KV, the higher the resistance. Higher resistance results in a slower motor. This means that the rotation rating is inversely proportional to the amount of electricity produced by the motor. Therefore, brushless motors with lower KV tend to be faster.
