1. The vibrating motor shall be installed on a solid foundation, and the anchor bolts shall be strong enough and tightened. Meanwhile, underground tunnel must be reserved in the middle of the foundation for regular adjustment and maintenance.
2. Check and test run to check whether the machine parts are in good condition before using. All solid parts, especially bearing seat bolts, eccentric block bolts, motor and gearbox bolts, etc., must be fastened firmly.
3. Vibration motor should not run for a long time without load. In the production operation, it is necessary to place a firm and reliable form-work locking fixture to ensure that the form-work and the concrete table vibrate together.
